How do I return an item?

You may return your purchase within five days of receipt for a full refund minus any damage and freight charges. This excludes built-to-order and printed items that cannot be returned to general inventory. Printed items and built-to-order displays are not returnable.

Returned items must arrive at our facility in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a written Return Authorization Form, which you will obtain from us. The R. A. number must be clearly visible on the "Ship To" label of the packaging. Packages arriving without a return authorization will be refused.
